Problem: a cultural centre run by one or two people has no time to sell tickets and promote its events.
Built: bilingual ticketing for events and workshops with card payments, an iOS ticket scanner, and an AI service that writes promotion posts for the venue to approve.

Problem: people lose the messages that need action in a flood of email, Slack, and meetings.
Built: a multi-tenant engine that reads Gmail, Slack, and Calendar, applies rules, and shows each user what needs action first.
Result: 16 event-driven services on AWS, built from zero. Andy wrote most of the code base as founding engineer.

Problem: agents now move money and call real systems, but their logs are claims, not evidence.
Built: an MCP server that checks each tool call against a policy, replays every run exactly, and proves the execution.
Result: proof and verification of a real task in under 10 seconds on a laptop. Open source.

Problem: a firm must prove what its AI agent decided, months later, and that nobody changed the record.
Built: signed receipts for each agent decision, a second agent that checks the result, and an offline audit viewer.
Result: one-line install for LangGraph agents, published on PyPI.

DevnetSmart contract and protocol
Problem: intent solvers need bonds and inventory, so few teams can compete.
Built: a sealed-bid solver auction on an EEZ rollup that settles against Ethereum liquidity, plus a DEX. Users keep custody.
Result: DEX and auction run on the EEZ devnet.
